Personal training is a huge investment. You are trusting your trainer to get to know you, and YOUR goals. You are also trusting your trainer to put you on a path to achieve those goals. 

Studio Three Fitness believes in the power of you. It is important to us to set you up for success by starting you off with an assessment to make sure we have a solid grasp on your fitness level. 

Based on assessment results and your goals, we will build you a specified program that will be perfectly tailored to you. 

It is our philosophy to work SMARTER not HARDER (although there will evidently be hard work involved.)

How Do Sessions work?

Our sessions come in a variety of different forms based on your specific needs. We will never up sell you something that we don't believe you need. 

Personal Trining sessions are all quite unique based on your needs.

All of our sessions are one hour in duration. This allows for a proper therapeutic warm up and cool down in addition to your exciting and challenging programming.
